Yes, we’re committed to sustainable travel! Each of our hotels has onsite EV charging facilities. Bartley Lodge, Forest Lodge, and Beaulieu Hotel each feature BP Pulse charging points (50KW) with 2 spaces each, whilst Burley Manor offers a 13-amp car charging point. All charging points are chargeable and subject to availability.

EV charging is offered on a first come, first served basis and spaces cannot be guaranteed at any times. We recommend checking the charging companies’ websites for the latest pricing information.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout all our properties, allowing you to stay connected during your stay with us.

Yes! We have indoor heated swimming pools at Bartley Lodge, Forest Lodge, and Beaulieu Hotel, designed with families in mind and providing a warm, inviting space where children can splash and play whilst parents unwind.

Burley Manor features a seasonal unheated outdoor wellness pool, perfect for a refreshing dip (open seasonally, British weather permitting!).

Absolutely! Our indoor heated pools are designed with families in mind, offering a safe, welcoming environment for quality time together. Whether you’re looking for an active afternoon or a quiet family moment, our pools provide the perfect setting to create lasting memories, whatever the weather outside.

We would not recommend babies and very small children to use our outdoor wellness pool, which is unheated, at Burley Manor.

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

We love four-legged guests! For just £15 per night for up to 2 dogs, your furry friends will be greeted with their very own welcome pack in your room.

You’ll spot our handy pup station near reception stocked with bowls, food mats, dog towels and tasty treats for those “just in case” moments.

We do recommend having a quick peek at our dog companion guide and pet policy before you arrive.

We welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes. We simply ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and kept on a lead in public areas of the hotel.

Although dogs aren’t permitted in our restaurant areas, we have designated doggy areas at each of our hotels for dining with your pup.

We ask that dogs aren’t left alone in rooms for extended periods. If you need to pop out briefly, please ensure your dog is comfortable and won’t disturb other guests. Our reception team can suggest local dog-sitting services for longer absences.

Yes, we have a variety of family-friendly accommodation options across our hotels. Our family rooms can accommodate up to two adults and two children, with additional space for cots when needed.

We also have some spacious suites, which can comfortably accommodate two adults and up to three children.

Children under 12 years old are considered children for our family room arrangements. We can provide travel cots for infants at no extra charge – simply let us know when booking.
